KYC documents are kept private and are available only to you and authorized reviewers.
Authorized administrators may review KYC submissions. A partner may access their own relevant information through authenticated platform functions. Other partners and anonymous visitors must not receive access.
Public project photographs and documents use separate access rules from KYC and other private partner files.
Data should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, account security, project administration, dispute handling, audit integrity, and applicable legal or compliance requirements. Specific periods must be finalized before live launch.
Account closure or a correction request does not require Sunik Farms to erase accurate financial history that must remain to document a request, payment, confirmed partnership, payout, refund, terms acceptance, or audit event. Where appropriate, access can be restricted and non-essential data can be deleted or de-identified while necessary records remain intact.
Safeguards include password protection, secure sessions, access controls, private-file handling, payment verification, activity records, and safe uploads.
No online system can promise absolute security. Suspected compromise should be reported promptly so access and affected records can be reviewed.
Authenticated users should be able to review and correct ordinary profile information. Requests concerning access, correction, objection, restriction, deletion, portability, or withdrawal of a consent may be available subject to applicable law, identity verification, and legitimate record-retention requirements.
Do not email identity documents or complete bank-account information through a general support channel unless Sunik Farms provides a verified secure process.
Sunik Farms may update this notice as its data practices are finalized. Material changes should be dated and communicated appropriately. Historical legal acceptance and financial records are not silently rewritten by a new privacy-notice version.
For privacy questions or requests, use the configured support channel. The live notice must add the operator's formal privacy contact and any required regulator or complaint route.
